What should I do on my end to speed up the process?

Here are a few things that can help speed the process: Ensuring you maintain a credit utilization of under 25%. Not applying for new credit or increasing your spending limit with your current credits. Paying your bills on time. Be sure to set reminders on your calendar of due dates of upcoming bills. Not closing old accounts while in the program. Requesting an increase in your credit limit for each credit card you have.
Will items that are removed, come back?"

Typically, they wont. However, if any items are resold or come back after you have completed the program, we will work on removing the item(s) for free.

Can you "promise" you will remove all of my deragatory items?"

Unfortunately, Paramount Credit makes no promises or gurantees we can remove items from your credit report as it is illegal to make those promises.
